He founded/partnered the first Tribally-owned air medical and rescue service with the Oglala Lakota Sioux through First Nation Services, which strategically partners with leading tribes nationwide. including the Navajo Nation. Prior to his leadership with FCSG, He was the Chairman and CEO of SevenBar Aviation also he oversaw the investment, development, and management activities of the Black Family. Holds a MBA at SMU.

Robert Joe is the TFC for the tribal communities for CIG CAP and FCSG. Former COO for the Navajo Nation of the President and Vice President in Window Rock, Ariz. He is a business leader with more than 24 years of experience in aerospace defense technology, strategy management and oil and gas business leadership. Prior to the Navajo Nation, Also served as managing director for Towerhouse Business Group, previous CEO for Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company, site executive for Raytheon Missile Systems Company. Holds a MBE at TU. .

Steve Conner is the Chief Development Officer for Financial Consulting Services Group, FCSG. Steve is responsible for marketing and developing new relationships with the retail part of FCSG. Steve has a rich history of marketing and sales development for larger transactions like Financial Consulting Services Group's transactions.
