Types of Collateral

Collateral is what Lenders require in most cases to fund projects. And we can help solve it through our services. There are many types of Collateral and with FCSG there are three main products for the Collateral Assistance Program.

Credit enhancements provide projects the ability to secure capital from Lenders. Credit Enhancements come in many forms, Bank Instruments, Insurance, Parent or Corporate Guarantees and more.
Credit Enhancements
The most common collateral are hard assets. Different type of hard assets are property, in-ground assets, commodities, equipment, collectables and many other types of Assets can be utilized to secure the Lender.
Hard Assets
Bank Instruments i.e. Stand By Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bonds and other instruments, are sources that provide the collateral for project Lenders. It gives the Lender temporary security for the funding, as the project is being developed.
